If you want to limit who can access your magnet via a unique QR code, you can achieve it with a “Private Launch”. This walkthrough will teach you how to launch your Magnet with a dedicated URL and QR code.

Draft a release just like you would any other. For instructions on how to do this, reference the “Launching A Magnet” article.

Review the release details on the dashboard. If you want to make any changes, click the three dots in the “Actions” column and choose “Edit Release”. Make any changes to the fields and save another draft.

Now we will make this release a "Private Release". Click the same three dots in the “Actions” column and select “Private Release”.

If you are ready to launch, click the same three dots in the “Actions” column and select “Publish Release”. You’ll be prompted to confirm one last time. Once done, you’re launched!

To download your unique QR, click the three dots in the “Actions” column and select “Release Details”. You’ll see the link to your private URL and a button that says “Download QR”. Once you click, you will download a png file you can use.

To prematurely end your release before the set end date, navigate back to the “Releases” tab. Find the release you are looking to end and hit the three dots in the “Actions” column. From there, click “End Release” and confirm.

You can only have one release active at a time. This does not prevent you from having multiple scheduled start dates. For example, you may want to provide an early bird discount for the first 100 people who join your experience that lasts for 3 days. Then, you want the rest of the Magnets to come available at a different price.

You can schedule both of these at the same time as long as they are not open for overlapping time periods.
